I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 2-5 business days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 2-5 days.
Tracking numbers will be emailed after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 2 business please email us at shopurbantees@gmail.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.  If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to make it right.

We offer a 100 % money back guarantee on defective or damaged items. We give you 15 days to send it back to us for a full refund.  We will send a pre-paid label to return item. Refund or exchange will be processed upon receipt of the unworn unused item.

PLEASE KNOW -- Most of our items are Made-to-Order or Personalized items and are NOT eligible for return.  However, please contact us if there is an issue of defect or damage.

Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! Remember, most items are custom made to order so you must cancel your order before it is processed.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@urbanslides.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within prior to shipping.  

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide with different carriers based on your location. Please know that USPS is experiencing service delays as of lately.  The average shipping time via USPS is 2-5 business days in normal operating environment.
